Address Merged/Incorrect address
Step 1 - We will ask customers to turn off the GPS.
Step 2- Ask the customer to select the landmark nearby his/her home manually without using the current location.
Step 3- Ask the customer to place a booking(book a fresh plan) over the call.
Step 4- While selecting the address ask the customer to delete all the previous addresses. Customers need to click on 3 dots in front of the address and then delete the address. Ask the customer to then add another address.
Step 5 - Ask customer to proceed.
Step 6 - Check on the request page if the address and location is correct.
Note: The agent will cancel the plan from their end on "UC at fault" reason and look for any fee that is marked on the customer. Usually a fee of Rs.200 is charged to the customer if <2 bookings are delivered in a plan. The agent will reimbursee the fee by offering UC Credits of the same amount(200 UC Credits)
Next we will ask them to book a new plan as per above mentioned steps.
If the customer is adamant, we can use the canned response- "Due to the limited number of partners in each area/hub, we've restricted address changes on existing plans to prevent assigning jobs that are excessively far for our partners to deliver"
