Important Guidelines
In all cases of rescheduling, skipping, or cancelling of requests by customer, agents must clearly communicate the applicable policy and charges to the customer.
Failure to inform the customer about the policy will be marked as Agent Error.
If the customer is not at fault (e.g., service issues, operational delays), the applicable charges must be waived off immediately. (In case of cancel / reschedule / skip)
Decisions related to money matters must be handled carefully to ensure fairness and compliance.
