| REFER AND EARN |
| 1. The customer who is referring must have at least one delivered service. |
| 2. To the friend he is referring, he must be an absolute new user. |
| 3. One customer can only claim referral rewards for a maximum of 10 friends. |
| 4. When the customer will share the refer and earn link to his friend and his friend will install the application through the same link, the friend will get the credits immediately after installing and will also be able to avail those credits on his/her first service. |
| 5. When the friend will make the booking, the customer who referred will get a scratch card worth Rs 100. |
| 6. Once the friend avails the service, the scratch card would be open to unlock and the customer can scratch it and can get 100 UC credits. |
| Share the criteria with the customers wisely, check the friends contact number before sharing information, check if the friend our customer is referring to is a new user or not, get things validated and if everything is correct but still customer did not get the benefits, we can add 100 UC credits as a goodwill gesture. But ensure you are checking everything. If you will just add credits as a good will gesture without checking the criteria, it will be marked as a FATAL. |
