What is BSS?

BSS stands for Bathroom subscription service - Live in Delhi & Bangalore.

We want to expand our offering to  cater to the regular bathroom cleaning needs and increase frequency of UC bathroom cleaning usage by the consumers. We recently launched a bathroom cleaning subscription, designed as a value for money . Consumers can choose between different frequencies as part of a cleaning plan. This cleaning service is done with the same tools & chemicals, to ensure superior cleaning vs maid but reduced time duration (30 mins per week instead of 70 mins in the on demand service).Therefore it’s an attempt at creating an affordable, superior, high frequency service. This service is designed to become the consumer’s primary regular cleaning method - by replacing the dependence on maids.

How are the bookings created in BSS?

Bookings are created the same as in other categories. The difference is that the customer books a plan (also called as opt in) with UC. A plan is a bundle of 2/4/8/16 services depending on the plan chosen by the customer. Once the customer has bought the plan, a partner's availability is blocked on the system immediately for that customer for the entire plan durations.

*Each service should be treated as an independent job or request.

*All jobs for the customer are created on the system at BT-14 days.

* Partners are assigned on the jobs at BT-2 days.

How is the Payment done in BSS? 

All BSS jobs are 100% prepaid. We do not accept COD. 100% payment is to be done before buying the entire plan. Individual services are not obtainable.
